Shipments and returns

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery to the UK for orders over £50 (however if an order is particularly heavy, we reserve the right to charge an additional contribution in some cases - we will call before completing your order if this is the case).

Delivery to UK

We aim to despatch all orders, stock permitting, within 24 hours of ordering. We'll contact you if items are out of stock or there is likely to be a delay to see if you want to proceeed with your order.

UK Mainland

Delivery should take 2-5 working days to reach you. Goods are sent using Royal Mail. We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £3.99 to the UK (although we reserve the right to charge more on very heavy orders - we will call you prior to completing the order if this is the case).

URGENT DELIVERIES

If you need something delivered for a specific date, or very urgently, please contact us by phone and we will try to arrange the delivery for you. We will advise you of the cost of special deliveries once we know your requirements and we've checked with post office or courier compny.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We will send parcels anywhere in the world. The price will depend on the weight and dimensions of your total order. The website is currently not able to show the correct delivery price on all overseas orders - so please submit your order as usual and we will email or call you to let you know the actual price before we process your payment. We will not process your payment before we have had your agreement to the postage price. For deliveries outside of the European Union we do not have to charge tax, so the price per item will be 20% _{cheaper than that shown} on our website. This usually means that the total price including shipping should be approximately the same as the price shown for UK deliveries. Please email or call us if you have any queries.
